is leading the way in the creation of safe, affordable, realistic solutions for live-fire training. We offer Flashover Simulators, Multi story systems, Live Fire Training Towers, Connected Burn Room Structures and AFG grant approved Mobile Systems.  Our team of experienced engineers and fabricators will work with your specific budget and requirements to incorporate the training options and props that you need. We  utilize the structure to it's full potential as a training facility and implement more features and props for the price than steel erected or concrete buildings can. The systems require only basic pillar foundations saving thousands in concrete costs as well as the ability to move them. Because we design and manufacture and install  the systems ourselves, and do not use third party contractors, we can not only customize just about anything you need,  we can do it at  a lower cost.

They did an excellent job in presenting the course, and I received nothing but positive comments regarding the course and the instructors. As a state instructor, field examiner, and past training officer myself, I recognized the professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to service your instructors possess. As a result of this course we will be able to utilize our training prop more efficiently when providing training to others. Also, I have several firefighters wanting to pursue more training in CFBT. Thanks again for your services. Thanks again for your service!

The use of Containerized Training Structures

The steel shipping container offers versatility, adaptability and a ready made modular approach in constructing inexpensive and effective burn buildings and 'flashover' simulators. The single compartment observation; window and attack containers have been used in Europe for over 20 years to demonstrate fire growth; rollover; flashover and back draft phenomena while enabling firefighters to witness fire gas formation, transport and ignitions from extremely close quarters with their safety being the prime concern. It is from such close quarters that firefighters are then able to practice and evaluate the various firefighting options and suppression techniques, offering them an unequalled experience and providing an element of confidence in relation to structural firefighting. The simulators are also used to teach door entry techniques while recognizing a range of fire conditions from the exterior, including the under-ventilated fire.
